What we look after
The everyday essentials. The systems you rely on.
Start with the help you need now. Add ongoing management as your team, systems and responsibilities grow.
01 / PEOPLE
Helpdesk & everyday IT support
When a technical issue interrupts someone’s day, the first job is to understand what is stopping them from working. We help investigate device, email, printing, access and application problems, with remote assistance or an on-site visit when the issue needs hands-on attention.
Troubleshooting for workstations, peripherals and common business applications
User access, password and sign-in assistance
Coordination with software vendors when an issue needs their input
What you can expectA clear next step and a point of contact through to resolution.
02 / ONGOING CARE
Managed IT services
Give routine IT care a regular place in your business. We agree which users, devices and services are covered, then organise maintenance, review issues and keep a record of your environment so support is easier to manage as your business changes.
Device health checks, monitoring and patch scheduling within the agreed scope
Staff onboarding and offboarding processes
Service reviews, asset records and a prioritised improvement list
What you can expectA documented plan for what is covered, who does what and when work happens.
03 / COLLABORATION
Microsoft 365 & cloud services
Make everyday collaboration simpler with well-organised accounts, email and shared files. We help you set up or review Microsoft 365, plan migrations and manage permissions so staff can work across the office and remote locations.
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive setup and administration
Account permissions, multifactor authentication and licence reviews
Migration planning, change communication and user guidance
What you can expectA workspace arranged around your team, with access and ownership clearly defined.
04 / PROTECTION
Security & access management
Security starts with practical controls that people can use consistently. We review how staff sign in, how devices are protected and where access needs tightening, then help put agreed improvements into practice.
Endpoint protection and update policies
Account security, email protection and access reviews
Staff awareness guidance and incident escalation planning
What you can expectPrioritised actions to reduce exposure, with responsibilities recorded.
05 / RESILIENCE
Backup & recovery planning
A backup needs to match what your business would need to recover. We help identify important data and systems, review backup schedules and retention, and plan restore checks so recovery is more than an assumption.
Backup scope for agreed servers, devices and cloud data
Backup-job review and investigation of reported failures
Restore testing and recovery steps for priority systems
What you can expectAn agreed recovery approach, with restore priorities and test results documented.
06 / CONNECTIVITY
Networks, Wi-Fi & remote access
Reliable access depends on the connections between your people, systems and locations. We investigate network problems and help plan changes to your Wi-Fi, switches, routers and remote access around how your workplace is used.
Wi-Fi coverage and connection troubleshooting
Network equipment configuration and documentation
Secure remote access and coordination with your connectivity provider
What you can expectA network plan that accounts for your office, remote staff and business applications.
07 / WORKPLACE
Devices & software lifecycle
Keep track of the equipment and subscriptions your team uses. We can help select suitable devices, prepare them for staff, manage standard settings and plan replacements before ageing equipment becomes a recurring disruption.
Device selection, setup and handover
Software installation and subscription coordination
Asset records, warranty coordination and retirement planning
What you can expectA clearer view of what you own, who uses it and what needs attention next.
08 / NEXT STEPS
IT advice, projects & office changes
An office move, new system or growing team often needs a coordinated IT plan. We work through the requirements with you, identify dependencies and organise the agreed work so people know what is changing and how to prepare.
Environment reviews and practical technology roadmaps
Upgrade, migration and office relocation planning
Project coordination, handover documentation and training
What you can expectA defined scope, milestones and handover, with changes discussed before extra work proceeds.
A closer look / Managed servers
Look after the systems behind every working day.
File access, business applications and shared services often depend on infrastructure that nobody sees until something stops. We help manage supported physical, virtual and cloud-hosted servers through an agreed maintenance and support plan.
01
Understand the environment
Record server roles, key applications, dependencies, administrative access and support status. Identify older systems and agree which servers are included.
02
Maintain & monitor
Review agreed health indicators such as storage capacity, service availability and backup results. Schedule updates and maintenance around application dependencies and business hours.
03
Protect & recover
Review permissions, supported protection tools and backup coverage. Document the steps needed to restore priority services and organise recovery tests within the agreed scope.
04
Plan ahead
Track capacity, recurring faults and support expiry dates. Discuss upgrades, replacement or migration before changes become urgent.
Server coverage, maintenance windows, monitoring hours and incident response arrangements are defined in your service proposal. Software licences, replacement equipment and major migrations are scoped separately.
Your needs determine the service. We’ll discuss the right arrangement and confirm the scope and fees before work begins.
ONGOING

Useful to know
Before we get started.
Clear expectations make a better working relationship.
Can you support us remotely and on-site?
We can assist remotely where appropriate and arrange on-site work across Norwest and the Hills District, including Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and Rouse Hill. Visit timing and charges are agreed with you.
What is included in a managed service?
The agreed proposal identifies covered users, devices, servers and services, along with support hours, maintenance tasks, response arrangements and exclusions. We review new requirements with you before adding work outside that scope.
Can you work with our current IT provider?
We can help plan a handover or work alongside your existing provider. Access, documentation, ownership and any supplier responsibilities need to be agreed so support continues smoothly.
Do you manage existing servers?
We first review their operating systems, applications, condition and vendor support status. That review determines what can be managed, any remediation needed and whether a replacement or migration should be planned.
Are backups included automatically?
Backup coverage is explicitly scoped. We agree which data and systems are protected, retention requirements, restore testing and recovery responsibilities. A separate backup service or licence may be needed.
How much does IT support cost?
Costs depend on your people, devices, servers, locations and the level of service required. Tell us about your setup and we’ll prepare a proposal with the included work and any separately quoted items.
